Tried my hand at nickel plating , first time doing it . Pleased with the results
Also made new front and rear brakes rods and gear change rod all from stainless .

Love the work you are doing on this restoration, must be very satisfying for you. Did you line the tank by hand, and if so, where did you source the paint and brushes? (I too have a tank painted and awaiting lining).

Hand painted with a dagger brush , paint is one shot sign writers Enamel.

Look on ebay , it's where I got my paint and brishes from . I used fine line tape . You can stick it on ams remove and reposition it when you are happy with how the sides and top look together you are ready to paint your lines on .
