First I thought 'ACO' could be the Automobile Club de l'Ouest in France, but those tricolore flags are the wrong way by 90 degrees to be French
But this pedestrian bridge in the back has a sign that says TEXACO ...ofcourse.
numberplates are British and the bloke on the right does not belong there, he is a poseur on his road equipped Ariel .
Which circuit in the UK used to have pedestrian bridge with TEXACO ??
Those flags could be Dutch, and Texaco used to advertise at the TT circuit Assen.
But no proof yet.
