hi David i run my NH all the time with no battery its the magneto that makes the spark , unless it's got a coil then you need a battery to make it run just keep the live and earth leeds apart ( or you can take the dynamo off like the NH i am using at the moment )

During a current clear out of a lot of old stuff, I came across this programme ;
It has your Dads name listed with the bike that he was showing ;
This would have been 1984.
