1954 VH Cylinder Head
I'm on the lookout for a 1954 VH cylinder head (aluminium one). Does anyone have one that is surplus to requirements by any chance?
Some old repairs have cracked on mine and dont look too.good.

That repair was never going to last long, It could be done again properly. How strong are your valve springs? Nev

Chris - these are more rare than hens' teeth.
I suspect you'll need to get your repaired properly, or maybe try to find a new-made one

Re: 1954 VH Cylinder Head
Sorry to see that. I too have a '54 VH with a repaired head and wonder how long its going to last. Please post results as you move forward –
@Simon.G's thread link above seems to be for new barrels, rather than heads?
It would be good to understand a bit more about what a 'proper repair' might be, and where one could get such work done…
