I have found a few Ariel things on ebay over the years simply because most people can spell 'Ariel' and therefore they don't find the spelling mistakes. It can be worth trying Aerial, Aeriel, Arial, Areal etc.

I've never ridden one myself but have spoken to quite a few people who do own them and they seem to like them. Ixion was very impressed back in the day.

In 29 most lightweights didn't look like scaled down big bikes but this one did, a bit like the Yamaha fizzy looking like a small big bike rather than a granny's moped. More sexy.

In the Netherlands they have raced the colt in the thurties with a shortstroke twinspark 500cc engine in it, being Dutch champion for several years.
