Very rare and desirable 1952 Ariel VHA 500cc all aluminium engined restoration project.
The VHA was produced for two years and had unique crankcases, barrel, cylinder head and also featured steel flywheels which are included.
Also included is a GB Burman gearbox complete with kickstart and gear levers, 1952 rigid frame, oil tank and toolbox.
Mudguards and stays I believe to be correct for the year.
A big end bearing, cylinder liner and standard piston complete with rings and gudgeon pin are also included.
Lucas magdyno and Smiths Speedometer will also require restoration.
I have owned the engine for 30 years and have since acquired the rest. Sadly I don’t have the time to do the restoration myself due to over commitments.
