today we continued with the front fender. It was a tedious job. We took it apart again many times to make it sit in the right place. It takes more fine tuning work when replica parts are used, but I'm happy with the result. I like it. Tomorrow we continue with the rear fender, and then it's time to build the exhaust system. 8-)

today we continued the work and matched the rear fender with accessories. Soon we will also start manufacturing the exhaust system.

When it is assembled in a pile like this, it looks much better than in boxes. :D

now we're going to wait a while for the rear chain guard to be finished. The first resulting pressings look good so far.

Looking great. Some beautiful lines emerging, for example the horizontal across the rack and saddle. Use of the spirit level looks like overkill, but can see what you are doing. Really good to follow along as you do this — skills, knowledge and equipment us mere mortals can only aspire to ;)

after welding and sanding we put the exhaust system back on the bike to make sure everything is in order and we can send this part to the chrome shop.

I was extremely satisfied with the result, so we had a relaxing weekend with friends. Such a boyish ride before the start of the season. We always agree on dates for joint events here and clear our heads ;)
