Forum problem (1st-3rd Jan2023)

Forum outage caused by one line in an incy-wincy stats table in the Forum database. So incy-wincy that it took forever to weedle it out and persuade it to play nicely.
Nothing lost, everything should pick up from exactly where it left off (but the stats package that uses the problem table needs a review over the next few days, we may be better off without it).
