hi Barriesteel i am trying to send you a PM but i looks like it not going though, the answer to your question is i used a hot air gun to heat the casings and froze the bushes , and i replaced all of the bushes and bearings , and the steel bushes are OK to change as well and the club uses the outer bush in the inner to save money (i would pay the extra to get the right bushes made of the right metals and length ) i change all the bushes and bearings and the kick-start shaft and quadrant and the gear change shaft and i used gaskets from Drags they are a bit thicker then the clubs when i used the club ones and the box was tight now my box is like silk
