H18-49 Stanchion adaptor

I've stripped the internal thread on this
Out of stock at Draganfly
Might have to make one - can anyone advise on the internal and external threads? (Or better still does anyone have one going spare...?

The internal thread is 3/4" x 20 CEI.

Thank you. As far as I can measure, the external thread appears to be 1 1/16" x 20 tpi - Can that be right..?
