Wheel offset

Hi All, I am in the process of re building a rigid NH 1952. Bought rims & spokes from Drags but have no info regarding offset.I only had hubs to start so nothing to measure from. Drags catalogue says central between the spoke flanges, but can anyone confirm or otherwise please before I commit myself.

Presume the wheel is 20". Can you measure the exact rim width. (external) I probably have an original but rusty wheel that I can measure. Don't think the rim is central between the flanges but central in the forks. Nev

Dont have the rim-its on the way from Drags-WM2 x 19". Kevin.

Front 33mm, rear 56mm, measured from small side of hub to rim side.
