Civilian W/NG from Greece
Hello all ,
My name is Mike , i am from Greece and a proud owner of a "turned to civilian" Ariel W/NG.
I bought the bike almost 20 years ago - when i was 18 old. I have not been driving her for many
years , but since i fully repaired the motor a couple of months ago , i use to drive it every weekend
at least !
I am trying to upload some pictures of her but unfortunately i can not , the system gives me something
about invalid picture..
Can someone help me ??
Thanks

Yes, open the photo in paint and bring the size down from 100 to 20.

That's the later handlebar mount set-up. Do you have some frame and engine numbers? delete feference . I see you have already done it. Hope you enjoy riding it as I have Mine. We should establish a listing of all the known ones. Would this already be in existence in archives? about 40,000 made. Nev..

Re: Civilian W/NG from Greece
Thanks everybody for the good comments. I didn't realy expect it since my bike
is not so "original" by the classic way..
Anyway the frame number is : XG 37838 and the motor number is : BH 28034.
What can we find about her ? When was it made , where did she serve ?
I know she was firsly registered in Greece on 30/07/1948 since that is mentioned
on my papers.
Thanks everybody !!

Re: Civilian W/NG from Greece
The only thing I can ad is that it was in a batch of 3250 WNG's, the numbers XG37281 - 40530, BH27501 - 30750, so if you spread this over the delivery dates there is a better dating within 1943 possible.
