MK ll lubrication

Curious as to how top end oil is returned to sump and how the primary chain is oiled?In the case of a Morgo pump with more flow does that not lead to over oiling ?

From the cylinder head oil flows down the push rod tunnels, through the guides for the cam followers and down into the sump.
Primary chain is lubricated by the oil in the primary chain case.
I have not experienced over oiling on my Mk2 with a Morgo, but i can’t speak for others.
