Ariel 500cc OHV piston +.010 with two rings and of recent AE construction.

I bought this for my later VH as it was listed for a VH VG or HS but as marked it suggests use in a Black Ariel from 1929. I can find no corresponding numbers in the Club parts lists and my 1929 engine is rusted solid!

Does anyone want it before I post it in the 'other' place?

I think I recognise a 'Drags special' - modified Ford piston (originally flat-topped with 3 rings I think) from...1980-something!!

As Simon says it's of a Ford V4 engine as used later in a Saab, if you want to order one you'll have to go to Saab.

ih you can still get car pistons like the ford v4 or sarb witch is the ford engine from ferrari pistons services, and you modify them, i have used car pistons in different types of engines, and i am running ford 100E pistons in my very old sherry compressor for years
