Thanks for the reply. I’ll follow up the ebay one first.
On a 29 tank (petrol assumed) there are a couple of clean ones languishing here in Australia i know of that are available when I was looking for a 28 tank.

Dear Mike, just spotted your ad for a conrod ( I mailed earlier about the handlebars).
I have one, but it is in a complete crank assembly with a new , or at least never run Alpha big end assembly. It came from a '27 model 'A'. Complete item can be yours for £90 , barely more than the big end cost. Again, I'd prefer personal collection, possibly delivery depending on your whereabouts. Regards, John.
