The tank is painted as shown in the picture on the first page and I did my 48 A7 in chrome with painted centre which I think looks terrific but it was a lot of careful work lacing and trueing. Even so I ended up with a few bits of paint chipped away.

Funny. I had a '48 ZA 7 myself at one time. I also have 2 40 model frames that are VA and VB. I'll forward the numbers if Archives are interested. They are being made into bikes but not any SV's. Nev
