Its side valve rally time, so I've spent a bit of time getting a few things fixed.
Clutch needed a good decontamination and the side stand needs a spot of welding, the 45degree angle the bike had was too much for my nerves.

But my most important job was to make my tow hitch

A ship chandler provided the stainless bits which I bolted onto the side car mounting with a spacer.

Both started with full tanks from my place with full tanks


Both filled up up again 80 miles later on

Your exhaust pipe isn't blue either. That's unusual for a sidevalve. They are not noted for their economy. You must be doing something right. Nev
