parts for ariel arrow

i have a problem with the front dampers/shocks for my Arrow which are impossible to replace with new.
However I have managed to dismantle them and found a lack of hydraulic fluid, can anyone advise what type of fluid should I use and what quatity is required.
I also require the following parts if anyone can help , I require 4 x dual seat cups part no T2658 the saddle rubber mountings locate in these.
The last item is a gearbox Ratchet pinion bush no T834 which is proving difficult to obtain.
