Hyman Ltd sells a Red Hunter twin cilinder.....

Post by Vincent.vanGinneke »

Dont ask a car dealer to sell a motorcycle......

1947 Ariel VH Red Hunter Motorcycle

A beautiful and desirable Ariel, powered by a 500-cc twin-cylinder ( :D ) OHV engine. It is presented in very good cosmetic condition, with a red and chrome tank with black chassis and accents. A classically styled, high-performance British bike.

I like this Ariel for that money, it's all there and the numbers are good.

If you're not abel to do a full restoration but can take it apart and built it up with new rubbers an seals.

Down points are; wrong frontbrakedrum and it was very wet stored or kept outside becouse the tank is leaking (reason for not starting?).

It says the engine is free, so I wouldn't complain about a missing cylinder.
