Very nice work you are doing. Your progress is quite an accomplishment and this will be a good looking example when you are finished.

I waited a long time for the rollers to grind. They had frequent breaks for Covid

we continue by fitting all pistons and cylinders. I used a thin seal because of the height of the piston at the top dead center. I want to maintain the compression ratio

I reinforced the connecting rod bushings to a metric diameter of 16H7 to fit my pistons. In our country, the metric reamer is more available and at the same time I have eliminated errors caused during the time of inappropriate storage in the hole for a new, thin-walled stud. the piston rings have a clearance of 0.15 mm according to the document, the clearance at the rings should have been 0.13 mm but that seems small to me. I'm afraid that 0.15 mm may not be enough

The weight of my pistons and fuses is 0,162 kg these are abraded original pistons without a pin.

when fitting the cylinder, I helped myself a bit with plastic tapes. They are commonly available. that is why I was able to do the work myself, without the help of other hands
