WNG Rear Mudguard measures
Hi Boys!
The rear fender of my WNG has had many modifications and I need to leave it almost original. I need your help with some measures to confirm that it is good and that it is wrong in my fender. In the drawing attached, you can see the measurements from letter A to I.
Thanks in advance!

Re: WNG Rear Mudguard measures
Luis, the rear stay is usually bent up where the end goes to a slot. . As far as I know the military Guard is a standard rear guard for the period. Nev

Thanks Nev for your comment. I have pictures of how the stay is, but not measures.
My mudguard has a section taller than the original and needs all the stays....
May be this mudguard is not from Ariel,

Re: WNG Rear Mudguard measures
Hello
I bought an rear Mudguard in India.Just like you, I had the front piece of the mudguard. The rear panel is not available on its own.
And with the purchase I saved time and the fenders are not really expensive either. If there are no more parts then it has to be like this.

Hi Olaf
Thanks for your recommendations.
The purchase of spare parts in other countries has been hard in my country.
That is why I must try to repair everything with my own hands, leaving purchases abroad in cases of very first necessity...

Re: WNG Rear Mudguard measures
Luis Here goes.( all in metric)
A 21 cms, B 37 cms, C 19 cms, D 17 cms, I= 37 cms Thickness H 18 mm E will depend on mudguard depth use 10.5 cms F 29.5 cms. G will vary from bike to bike and guard depth make it longer and fit to bike last. It's around 5cms.face to hole centre.
Other distance you may need is distance to rear stay from lift stay is 23.5 cms the original guard is hinged All stays go from one side to the other and are 1/2 round section except when in contact with the guard. Nev

Hi Nev
Thank you very much for the measurements and comments!!
Next Saturday, I will make a comparison of measures between what I should be and what I have in my fender.

Re: WNG Rear Mudguard measures
With the measures shared by you, I began to build the stay. My rear fender is not original wng, so what I build should adapt to this.

Hi Boys
last friday continue with the welding of the stays...
I've needed a lot of time in adjustments, but I think the result is good.
