after a long time I can write again that we have done something on our 4F6 /1932 We are starting with the wiring and we have installed some chrome decorations. The motorcycle looks something like this today. we also added a new engine shock absorber, all chains and a large clutch wheel with a new bearing. 8-)

I'm just a little afraid that I don't have that much time and we probably won't make it this season.

Karol,
In your post of Wed Mar 08, 2023 8:06 pm, you talk of drilling a hole in the inner case. This is for the end of part 2081-31 which is a pipe on the end of the union. I think I can see this pipe between your fingers.
I wanted to bring this to your attention as I found an OHC 4F where the pipe was missing from the end of the union and so there was no oil feed to the inner gear case.
I hope Google translate is good enough to tell you what I mean !

thanks for the heads up Paul. In the post from March 8, 2023, I found out that I did not have an oil supply in the middle of the crankcase. The large gears would not be lubricated and the excess oil would also not be transported to the places where it is sprayed into a nebula to lubricate the entire system.

I fixed it, drilled a hole for the oil supply pipe and holes for its further distribution. The tube shows the place where the oil will flow. It's such a long trickle of oil

when I bought the motorcycle it was in very bad condition. He looked OK, but his intestines were destroyed. I bought many parts for this model and when assembling I compare their condition to find out how it should have looked in reality.
