We are starting a bolder project. Ariel SG motorcycle upper timing reproduction, VG 1931 - 32. The parts have been scanned and are currently in the reverse engineering process. We could receive the first castings as early as March.

the foundry should deliver the first pieces to us this month. I could then bring the first piece to show at the Sloper rally in Germany . for now we will only finish the aluminum parts. Steel rockers will come later.

Wow! This is serious stuff, well done guys. Your skills and ability to get these rare parts made like this is very impressive.
Once there was a time when if you lived in Birmingham you could get patterns and castings made quickly and cheaply, but times change.

I just like challenges and I hate it when someone says it can't be done. If it was possible 100 years ago, it must be possible now. A lot of my friends complain that they don't have this part, so I decided to help them out and learn something in the process.

We have finished models! The faulty parts were adjusted and the whole model was enlarged by the necessary percentage so that we could cast the first samples. We start printing the model and travel to the foundry. Hurray, hurray for the first test samples already in March. ❤I'm looking forward to it.

Completed impression mold today. I wonder what the guys at the foundry will say about that. I need the first pieces from them already this month. Top distribution Ariel SG, VG 12931 - 32.

we have completed a verification sample, it is cast from aluminum and will allow us to check the casting before mass production. Now we will carry out control measurements and adjust the program for the production of the impression mold again. we found minor deviations, when the mold is adjusted and the cast piece will have all the dimensions corresponding to the original, we will start machining.
