OK time for an update. We did a lot of house work so nothing happened on the '46 for more than a year, then last fall I started to put some of the pieces together. New balls and races, new bushings, good spindles then compressing mainspring...
Lacing wheels with new bearings and black oxide spokes.
Truing on the bike.
New tires!
Connecting front brake.

Tires, brakes, bare crankcase and gearbox.
Its been like this for a couple months while I decided what to do with the crazy flywheels.
