Yes, the Forum certainly does seems to be having regular bouts of 'hanging' and scratching it's nose for maybe half a minute when people try to 'post' something.
Please be patient with it, maybe count to 30 slowly before doing any more button pushes.

I don't know what the problem is. I have my suspicions but as that involves the competence (not) of our service providers and they've already accused us of overloading their systems and causing their other customers to run slowly I don't think I'll get very far if I start complaining.

I'm keeping everything under review but there are no quick fixes.
