Bit of an update.

Spoke with the seller today, they had been retrofitted to an old Velocette and an adapter was made and that is what can be seen screwed onto the top of the steering stem, this just screws onto the existing thread and no modification has been made to the forks.
He does not have the auxiliary/outer springs and what you get is what's in the photos. He also indicated that a few other lugs had been welded on and which could easily be removed. I also had him measure the distance from the lower spindle to the centre of the axle and confirm, as others have suggested that they are W/NG forks.
Ive decided against purchasing them, if anyone is interested in them and chatting with the guy i can pass on his number.
