Hi folks,
Could someone please tell me the thread type on the front fork top bolt (the one that screws into the fork tube) ? It seems to be 3/4" in diameter and 20 tpi not 26 tpi, but is it still BSC ?

With very few exceptions all threads are either CEI or Whitworth. The others are BA and the occasional BSF on four strokes, the 2/ are mainly UNF and UNC.

Cycle thread is unusual in that the tpi is not fixed for any size, although most are 26 up to 7/16. 20,26,30 are also used, BSA used both 20 and 26 tpi at 1/2" diameter another reason to avoid them.
