Conrod bearing repair in germany

Post by ralfpenkert »

Last week my VH500, 56 sounds like i should do something immediately.
Found a wobbly conrod bearing.
Will anybody tell me a german company reliable.
It's a bit laborious to send the whole crankshaft to England,
Thank's in advance for any help - Ralf

Hello Ralf, basicly any engine repairshop shoud be able to replace the crankpin and balance/true the flywheels. For a 1956 VH a 1" parallel big end is needed. If you get a replacement and provide it to the engine repair shop together with the worn crankshaft it should be manageble. If in doubt please give me a call
Regards
