The frame number does not appear in the despatch books and the highest number listed is 13973, however there are at least 20 frames on the club's machine register with higher numbers, these are assumed to be replacement frames and as said previously all the s/arm models used the same frame although 1954-55 and 1956-58 are different, subtly so.

as suggested XJJ is a London registration and 'X' corresponds to 1959, I doubt it is a reregistration.
