Re: Petrol Stabilisers
They have them for Lawnmowers that sit for a while. Some of those zero turn mowers are pretty exotic. Nev

Re: Petrol Stabilisers
there are a few if you want to try them .
STA-BIL , HYDRA LMA-20, LUCAS SAFEGUARD , MANNOL ESTER , PUTOLINE FUEL STABILISER to name a few .
you can also just use avgas 100LL if you can get it from an airfield that has it because avgas has a long shelf life something like 7 years .
there is ASPEN petrol which can sit for a long time but its expensive if you use a lot of it .

Hi
Once again I have over wintered my lawn mower, (four stroke), strimmers x 2, leaf blower, hedge trimmer and chainsaw, (two stroke), with no precautions or additives and in my unheated garage, all have started easily on the fuel that was left in them. Every year this happens just serves to re-enforce my opinion that fuel additives are unnecessary, (snake oil), produced to fleece the punter.
Regards Mick
