Thank you for this rest. After DraganFly and Allan Simpson's comments...the piston left for a remanufacturing at dimension 84. As soon as I receive it, I will give you the comments..... in several weeks....

I received my new piston and the rectifier will now take care of the cylinder. the reassembly is close ..... Could you give me the manufacturer references of these seals

Rocker box gasket (your rocker cover gasket) 870-38
Cylinder base gasket (your gasket, engine lower) 128-52
Pushrod rubber seal (upper) (your rocker arms gasket) 1890A-40
Several people have developed a method of replacing the pushrod seal with an 'O' ring and a metal insert. This is to avoid the rubber seal collapsing and wearing away the aluminium pushrod. Here are two Forum threads that have diagrams of the modification.

The repair progresses, return to machining of the cylinder and the valve seats. Rest of the seals shipped by DraganFly on 08/02 blocked in customs :(:(
