Hi,
I noticed today, as I head the head off, that the spigot that the top of the pushrod tube slots over on the head is badly corroded on one side. I don't think it leaks at the moment.
Is this something that can be replaced?

Short answer: I wouldn't expect it to leak as it should be completely surrounded
by the seal which acts against the head and not the spigot which only serves
to locate the pushrod tube.

I think it looks worse than it is Steve as its drilled off centre to the casting, mine is the same. I agree with Will it shouldn't leak as the seal has a decent wall and seals on the flat faces.
