1954 NH air filter hose
Untill now I did not succeed to find the right air filter hose fitted to 1954 NH Burgess filter. Who has a picture of this hose?

I may have a pattern that I could photograph for you but you would not be able to make one using a photo and I would be very surprised if you could find one. They have been rarer than hen's teeth for at least the 46 years that I have been involved with Ariels.

Thank you Roger, that might be usefull and prob. helps to make a template for making a mould… there are various sorts of automotive pour rubbers. I will give it a try!

Possibly also a candidate for 3D printing?

Simon, yes for sure you might print them in 3D, but I think making the drawing is quite a task…

I have found a set 350 and 500 nos 1954 on a jumble, but give the buy to a big English member nicknamed "slim", don't know if he is still alive.

Very right and it wouldn't be me!
I do know some folks who are getting very much into it though, and it has the advantage that once the design is done it can be used an infinite number of times, and by anyone with a suitable printer?
(Found something from a few years back, for a Leader - I knew I'd seen something about it before!

Re: 1954 NH air filter hose
The issue with the connector for the 1954 air cleaner is that the bikes had the standard
Amal carbs and not the monoblocs of the 1955 models and I think the cutout in the
air cleaner differs to suit as well.
