I asked Draganfly about this back in 2005 and Roger replied: 1.5002"/1.5007". Nicholson says: 1.5005".

I think the diplomatic answer is that Bruce’s contact details are in the Club magazine which is sent to all members. 
Square 4 mk1, Square 4 mk2, BSA C12.
