Bearing diameter

Hi all,
Can any one tell me the ball diameter that sits between the clutch adjuster and pushrod on my GB box (55 HS)?

Don't know but I guess it will be no greater than the diameter of the clutch push rod, so maybe measure that ?

5/16", dunk it in oil before pushing it into the mainshaft
