1932 isn't it not 1938 - IIRC 1933 is first year for the cammy with the rearranged crankcase and same frame as the singles with a single front downtube so this must be earlier.

I think it's 1932 only becouse the crankcase is T646 :D , the frame willbe BAxxx.

It is 1932. Ariel went bankrupt in 1932 and when the firm re-started as Ariel Motors (JS) Ltd they rationalised production drastically and used only the frame for the vertical engined singles. The OHC Square Four engine had re-designed crankcases for 1933 onwards to suit the vertical engine frame.
