Hallo Luiz,
Finally had some time to measure up the WNG rack, hope you can make sense out of it !
The main frame is made from one long rod, 162cm long, solid , 12mm round.
Ends are flattened as you can see on the pics.
All measurements are taken c.t.c.

The Parkwood item looks as being made from tubing, maybe thats easier to use if you want to make one yourself.
On the other hand, using solid rod makes it easier when bending and welding....
I am not 100% sure if mine is original, but it does look like it.
And I think it's very likely that there was more then one producer making these frames during the war
