The best way is; poor the tube full lead, than bend it cold and smelt the lead uit again.

Dan
Overlander located in Warnambool Victoria Australia can make a set of stainless handle bars for you. I left him with an old set of mine for a pattern. Most of his work is mail order. (It is always helpful if you include your general area and country in your profile.)
Web site is http://www.dropbears.com/o/overlander/index.htm

I know that Drags are making bars themselves now. Why not ask them to make a set in stainless?
cheers

Stainless is quite satisfactory from a strength and reliability point tof view. Some standard factory Harley bars are made of it. Nev
