I found a different source that said 1/3 pint so I went ahead and put that in. I already put in the 15W Fork oil. I guess I could drain it and refill it but I kind of want to see what happens.....I will let you know!

I have used fairly thick oil in the Ariel/BSA type forks as they are uncontrolled (damping) with light oil. Don't forget engine oil was usally SAE 50 for the roller beaaring iron motors. A hydraulic oil should have less inclination to froth or aeriate. Nev
