removal of rocker arm?

hi people,
i have aquired a new rocker box as my valve lifter vibrated lose and f**ked the tread,
and has been bunged up with silicon for a few years.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the rocker arm from the box?
what tools do i need?

Very few. Warm it up in an oven and push the shaft out towards the spark plug side. You don't even have to remove the large headed screws in that end first. Nev
