Firetrap / air filter for a 289

I wanted the above for my 289 on my vha, but sadly amal only remake them for the smaller 276 carbs. Running open intakes there is danger of something entering your engine that could do some damage so I really want one on my bike. modern Air filters on vh's are hard to fit due to lack of space and I would sooner have something fitting of the time my bike was built.
At Stafford show I brought one that fits the 289 from martyn bratby. Who has made some for the 289, but unfortunately he has only the housing not the mesh or the clip. I brought some stainless mesh, circlip and o ring from eBay. The o ring is used as a spacer fitted before the three mesh dics. So if anyone wants one get them while you can . Lee
