Wanted: sidecar ball joint

Post by huw.parsons »

Hello all

Just doing a bit of maintenance on my '30 model B outfit and have discovered
that the rear (large) ball joint is pretty much worn out.
Does anyone have one of these knocking about under a pile of sidecar fittings even
if attached to other bits...

I would buy a new one but I dont think anyone is making them at the moment.

Cheers

Thanks for the tip John; luckily Tony B had just the right joint sitting in his workshop..Ironic really as
he is the one who is most likely to suffer the consequences of a detachment being the most frequent passenger
to date!

Thanks to all for looking.
