Silencer wanted for 1954 NH 350

Wanted for my 1954 NH 350
I am looking for used a silencer to fit my 1954 NH 350, I know that I can buy a new one but the bike is in original/oily rag condition, (OK! it's really quite tatty but I love her as she is and don't want to start putting nice shiny new parts on her). The baffles in the one on it have collapsed and I can't get them out so it rattles like a tin of marbles and is quite loud.
I am also looking for a side stand as I use it as everyday transport and am getting fed up with continually having to use the centre stand all the time when getting it in and out of the garage or bike shed at work.
