It tells you at the bottom of the Board index page where it tells you Who Is Online next to where it says Legend:
1931 Ariel VB31, 1935 Triumph 5/3 project, 1946 Ariel Square 4, 1952 Norton Model 7, 1953 BSA A10 Super Flash, 1954 Ariel VH

Blue for registered users, purple for officers. You seem to be in blue as you say, check out John Mitchell for instance as an example of the officer colour. If you are a club member and request it you can appear in red.

Re: Different coloured names on the forum
I've tried quite a few PM and email requests over the past year to become colour recognised as a club member.
So far no success. last years messages never made my membership number clear, as Roger was having an off day i think when he wrote my card..And my subsequent tea-cup stain really succesfully encrypts it !.. But my requests through this year did clarify the number correctly as on my address slip with each Cheval.
I appreciate this is all voluntary mind you and am enormously grateful for the forum.. and we all have day-jobs and/or plenty other aspects of daily life to busy ourselves with eh?
Regards
Brian Fosh.
