If the question is raised, it is worth getting the answer right for posterity. Nice to have a reference when some "smart" judges make all embracing statements about what should be.
While my first aim is to have the machine runing well and reliably ( and not doing itself any damage), I guess the most common desireable feature, relating to a well restored ( or original) is it's authenticity, and for that we need good documentation. In that respect we are fairly fortunate with Ariels. Nev
