Hello Gents,
I am searching/sorting out the electrical portion of my SB31 build and after looking through the AOMCC archives and many other places on the web I am no closer to identifying the right part no's for the magdyno. The parts catalogue for the SB31 states MS1 only and no info on the dynamo portion other than it is an E3 and no suffixes are mentioned. Also in looking at other years it would seem the MS1-10 was used on various Ariel singles from '35 on but would an MS1-4 work as well ?
I want to confirm that the Magdyno will be MS1-???, the rotation anticlockwise, the dynamo portion E3-????. I know the answer lies with you fellows somewhere and if there is a copy of the Lucas catalogue for pre 1935 available I would appreciate a copy of that as well.

Re: 1930's Magdyno
Seems no others have one of these machines? I have purchased the MS1-4 dated 332 and will trust this is near enough to be useful for my application. I have cleared up the Dynamo question and it is just a Lucas E3 with no suffix. Now to start the engine rebuild and assemble the wheels.
