Bought from a Dutch club member who lives close to a militairy surplus store.
A bit smaller, but definitely period! I did not know BATA made these, but a search on the net confirmed they did.

They are p08 large packs. Used in the first world war, and are the same as p37 large packs. Second world. You can pick up the p37 up cheap new old stock.
