Folks,
I was using 'advanced search' this morning to look for "engine number prefix missing".
The search returned the comment that it had ignored "engine" and "number" because they were commonly used words. Why does it do this? I am perfectly capable of constructing a search string myself, and may want to use 'common words' occasionally to build specific filters.
I searched for "square four oil tank". It ignores 'square', 'oil' and 'tank'. Where is the logic?
Anyone else having problems with this?

Re: Advanced Search
The search function within phpbb is pants.
I often use the search site facility within Google, ie
" xx site:forum.arielownersmcc.com "
Where xx is your search criteria
