Hi,

Does anyone have any of the following they would be prepared to sell to help me complete my '55 VH project?

Silencer and clamp for swinging arm single (good chrome)
Battery strap (late type 56-58)
Alloy Ariel badge that attaches to mudguard under number plate

Anyone?

Hi Rob, without going into the garage I do have a silencer, can you remind me the inlet diameter and relative position of the mounting bracket?

Ah, just checked it, it is a high level pipe with the mounting on the side (so the flute is 90degs to the mounting bracket), unless you want to cut it about it will be no good - sorry about that. Otherwise its fine.....

Sorted for a battery strap now - made one from stainless sheet from the pattern on the '57
