'On-hold' messages

Folks,

I have this message in my PM inbox:

You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

I've cleared out my mailbox, not completely, but to 35% full or so. It still won't download this 'on-hold' message. What am I doing wrong?

Hmm, maybe it takes a little while for it to work?
If you go to 'user control panel'
Then 'rules folders and settings'
Then 'if folder is full'
Tick the box, 'delete oldest messages'
It should solve the problem.
